In general, I thought that during this month that I didn't work out, I would lose everything, all my muscles :) And I wouldn't be able to lift the same weight. But that's not true at all! I can still lift almost the same weight, and a lot of times ^^ I don't feel like I haven't worked out for a month. Well, actually... my legs are shaking a little. I'm wildly glad that I finally went to the gym!
