On August 7th, I lost my papa (my closest family ✱✱✱✱✱✱, my best friend, my go-to) then on August 17th I had emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed. I’ve been in a really low place going through the most emotionally devastating time while also ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ the most physical pain I’ve ever dealt with.. all within 10 days. It’s incredibly ✱✱✱✱ for me to move right now and will likely be ✱✱✱✱ for the next 2 weeks. On top of that, my mental health isn’t the best with my papa passing... I miss him with every ounce of my being. This goal is to help me continue paying bills while navigating this grief and recovering from surgery. Every token helps ease the stress and ensures I can recover (emotionally and physically) without extra pressure. I’m going through a lot right now and really need my community. Showing up for me during this time means more to me than anything. I’m truly so grateful for those who have extended kind messages and monetary help while I deal with such a difficult phase of life.
