Hey everyone!
As many of you know, I'm a total newbie here: still looking into what features the site has and which of them are worth my time, still trying to figure out which apps I should get to supplement the site, still trying to find my niche for that matter.
Something that surprised me here is the relative lack of trolls. I've had to deal with one or two throwing middle-school level insults at me, but it's actually the admiration that can get overwhelming. I get more compliments per week on here than I get per year in the "real world." I'm pretty sure that you would all be devastated to find out how boring I am offline, but then again, my offline friends would suffer extreme cognitive dissonance if they found out I'm not actually as mainstream as they think I am.
I finally got around to posting my first album yesterday, and I'm starting to think I made a mistake in organizing the photos to tell a story instead of choosing one of the more risque shots to go first and end up as cover photo.
Within the next week, I hope to make my decision on Snapchat (I'm the sort of freak who actually researches apps before downloading them) and obtain a phone line to use here so I can offer private voice conversations as a digital item for sale. That reminds me, I also need to figure out the whole "items" section of MFC Share, too...
