If you're feeling scared or sad, sometimes repeating a phrase helps.

For me it's "Everything is fine." 

It helps to repeat that if I feel like the worlds ending.

Because really it's not.

Got a roof over your head? 

Have food in your fridge?

Congrats, everything is fine.

Try your best to be grateful, it's easy to feel entitled, but you aren't.

Keep that in mind. Everything is fine.
