As some of you know, this week I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease. It’s an autoimmune disorder that affects the thyroid. It explains all the strange health symptoms I’ve been experiencing for the past several years, but treatment is not an easy road. I’ll need to begin elimination diet that will consist of a blood panel to find exactly what’s been triggering the inflammation in my body, plus, I will need to take a thyroid regulator every day for the rest of my life. I do not have medical insurance and paying out if pocket is going to be very expensive. I’d like to tackle next steps ASAP, so this goal will be for my next appointment to see the doctor and the lab work. All share purchases go towards this goal!!
