Throughout my 20's up until I was in my late 30's I maintained a weight of 111 to 130. I started to pick up a weight around 10 years ago. I went from 125 to 140 to 185 and before I knew it I was over 200 ✱✱✱✱✱✱. I am on a healthy lifestyle change/weight loss journey right now. My heaviest was in August 2020 I was 274 ✱✱✱✱✱✱. As of Today 8-5-2021 I am 217 ✱✱✱✱✱✱. I'm so proud of the progress I'm making. I have some health issues and this weight loss could really help me fight my way ✱✱✱✱ to good health. So you see, this is war and I WILL win. I love all of my curves however it is time to take my health ✱✱✱✱. I'm making a lifestyle change, not just doing some fad diet that I can't ✱✱✱✱✱ with. However I am thinking about doing Weight Watchers Freestyle because it doesn't seem like a diet. This journey is not a race. Every step I take towards being healthy is a step in the right direction. I'm happy with the skin I'm in ✱✱✱ or small, I'm still me. This journey is about health plain and simple. I'm in my late 40's and I'm not only ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ on my ✱✱✱✱ but I'm ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ on my attitude and how I look at life. I see so many people who stress over this or that as they try to lose weight. I'm just not the type of person to do that. This is a fun journey. If it weren't fun I'd not be as excited about doing this as I am. I love hiking and riding my bike etc but I haven't really done that in quite a while. So it's time I get real serious and go find fun stuff to do. I am going full time on cam as of August 2021 This will help me a lot because I'll be dancing and singing standing up. Everyone can participate in their own way. Even words of encouragement really go a long way. Once I lose the weight I plan on getting a ✱✱✱✱✱✱ lift. My ✱✱✱✱✱ are so ✱✱✱ and that's awesome. I love them ✱✱✱ but when I lose the weight it would be nice to give them a makeover to make them firm again. However this is not a ✱✱✱✱ fund. Lol. This goal is simply to support me as I lose weight. All tokens towards this goal will go towards things geared towards weight loss and some occasional as seen on t.v exercise stuff. Lol. I will be taking pictures and ✱✱✱✱✱ and posting them during the journey and as I reach weight loss goals one at a time. I'm going to make a chart of goals of where I would like to be at in 3 months 6 months and so on. I will share this journey with y'all. If you are a ✱✱✱✱✱✱ or a model and you want to join in on making healthy choices please let me know. You don't have to be overweight to join in. All of us can do things towards make healthy choices. I will be sharing recipes and healthy tips on Twitter and social media as well as in our chat room. This goal will be on going until I get down to a healthy weight. After this goal is reached we will start a new campaign until I've reached my goal weight of 130 ✱✱✱✱✱✱ I'm exactly 5 ft tall they say at this height I should weigh 100 ✱✱✱✱✱✱. However, I still like to be curvy and when I was 125 to 130 I was still curvy which is what I am aiming for. I'm not trying to overdue it. I just want to be healthy so 125 to 130 sounds good to me. Right now I have several health issues that can be reversed or done away with with weight loss. I have tried to do this before and ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱. This time I'm going to ✱✱✱✱✱ it out. I have always had ✱✱✱ ✱✱✱✱✱ no matter what size. I will miss this size because they are HUGE but having my health ✱✱✱✱ will be a great trade off. They have always been ✱✱✱ just not THIS ✱✱✱ 48K bra size ✱✱✱. It's been fun but I'd rather not have swollen ankles and all the other things I won't mention that are affecting me right now. Every single person who participates whether it be by tokens or by a word of encouragement ALL of you are appreciated. It really helps me to have people on the journey WITH me this time. I feel confident that I can do this.
