Hi, Please take the time to read this, I know its a huge goal! (TL;DR: This is basically a year long goal to cover rent and show consistent income) This started out when I was ✱✱✱✱✱✱ out of my home and had to live with my grandma, my plan was to start house hunting again as soon as possible but to do that successfully I needed to show good solid persistent income. I wasn't able to stream while living with grandma so I set this goal up. However, after 6+ months of living with grandma I came to my senses and realised I can not buy a house, The market is fried, I got knocked ✱✱✱✱ SO many times when applying for the last mortgage to buy the home I was being ✱✱✱✱✱✱ out of and the stress of it all was too much so I'm ✱✱✱✱ renting. This goal is still important because my rent alone now is just shy of £1000! (Which is bloody ridiculous for a two bed flat!) and if I DO ever brave the house buying market again then I need to be able to show the consistent income. if you Reach 30k on this you get my goodbye ✱✱✱✱ plug open legged ✱✱✱✱ show ✱✱✱ recording!
