I live on a farm, 7 miles away from "town", the nearest sign of civilization being a gas station still 4 miles away...and I don't have any wheels!! I've had to miss many opportunities, be they social events or doctor's appointments, due to being unable to transport myself. I struggle with asking for help, and there aren't many people in my life who could, anyway. I usually wait until I feel I'm literally starving to ask someone to take me to the grocery store. With house, vet, and hospital bills, a car is a bit ambitious, but as I near my 21st birthday I'd love to gain some independence and buy a scooter! Any help is so so appreciated, by myself and my family alike :~)
