I have gotten two nose jobs so far in my life and each time the doctor messed up my nose and it has sucked. Currently the tip of my nose has a cartilage sticking out of the tip of it kinda making it look unsymmetrical and pointy at the front of my nose. I found a good doctor in Hollywood that offered to do my 3rd nose job for about $15,000. Thank you to everyone who helps me with this I am really insecure about my nose, sometimes I try to avoid photos and cameras because of how horrible my nose looks.
