Hey! It's going to be a long-read but it worth it haha! I have a really big goal for 2022! I'm going to buy the apartment!!! I never really thought about it for real, because I used to live in big cities and if I could afford anything it would be something tiny on the edge of city. But now I live in a small town where my family lives, and I actually love this place. I can see that this place is getting better every year, there is a very beautiful park and a river close by. Right now I live with my mom, she is a really nice person, and we get along very well together! We live in a house so I have a garden and many pets! So why would I need to move if everything is so good? Well, I dont have enough privacy and space. Now I live and work in a room 2.3*3.5 m2. This is the main reason I guess. If you still reading, you probably know that im a difficult person to be with, like sometimes i have days when I dont feel well and I just stay in bed crying all day, and at this moments I dont want to see anyone. Thats why I feel like there is not enough space for me. Also often guests come here to visit my mom and then its really difficult for me to work. Knowing that someone in next room can be hot only in theory. So! The apartment I'm buying is really perfect for me!! It has bedrooms (I can use one for being online and doing makeup and another one will be my bedroom because its so important to separate your life area from work area) and a big living room connected with kitchen. It has a lovely view from window! One side with windows is east so I can see sunrises, and another one is west with church and beautiful sunsets! Previous owner of the apartment is my sister, so thats why the price is so good :P She told me that there is no insects (if you are still reading then you know its the biggest fear of my life), and neighbours are really nice people. Also concluding a deal with my sister, I know that I will not have any problems and no one will deceive me. It's very exciting that I will have my own place and im so happy about it!!! Every contribution is appreciated!!! I think I will be able to pay the whole amount before July-August, then I will start repairs there, I will buy nice furniture, I will decorate the apartment and I hope I can move in before next Christmas! If you are still reading: I will take Busya with me!!! I know that this anime picture is the house and not the apartment, but it looks so peacefully, so I thought it describes my feelings perfectly. Because I believe that home will bring peace in my life :) ~~~~~~~~~~ 08.11 update! I actually bought the apartment 😎 and now I'm doing repairs there! this is a very serious renovation. new electricity, sewerage and water pipes were needed and now all this has already been done !! The flooring will also need to be replaced. Now I am waiting for my kitchen set (cupboards, countertops, etc.), and very soon the renovation in my bathroom will be finished, I have very beautiful tiles and I am looking forward to show it to you!!! If the renovations move quickly and I have enough funds, I can move in before Christmas! Thank you very much for everything! this year was very crazy, thank you for being with me and supporting me! LOVE YOUUUUU ~~~~~~~~~~ 25.12 update! Now i'think I need to remind you about the benefits for YOU Having my own apartment with soundproof walls is going to be really fun because I will MOAN AS LOUD AS I WANT HAHAH Moving from the house to the apartment also means less chores for me and more energy and time to be on MFC! And all the other benefits: new chair, second monitor, big mirror in the room for streams and such will give me more oportunities for fun! Super pretty kitchen, living room and everything will be really good for making photos and videos! I'm really excited!!! as for my repairs lol it took 2 weeks for me to pick THE BEST oil for my wooden floor, it took 2 more weeks to deliver it, and now it will be a couple of weeks to apply it and let it dry perfectly. I've ordered 2 wardrobes: 1 for my work room and 1 for my bedroom. Not so much furniture left to buy!!! I'm soooo happy! (hopefully I will move in in the beginning of February) I hope you are just as excited as I am! Thank you very much for all the support!
