✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ GOAL OF MY LIFE!!! So, in May 2024 I bought THE HOUSE!!!! as you know, recently (October 2023) I moved to my own apartment! and I love it, I'm so happy here, no insects, perfect layout, comfortable cam room!!! the best the most convenient kitchen and the comfiest bedroom! I'm happy here, at the ✱✱✱✱✱✱, but it feels like I will never stop wanting to improve the quality of my life and in a while I might want more :D For a couple of years I lived in a house with my ✱✱✱ and it was amazing in many ways! The garden with all the tasty healthy harvest, happy ✱✱✱✱ in the yard, banya (russian sauna), more privacy (I had a couple streams in my garden even!) sometimes I miss it all and it feels like at some ✱✱✱✱✱✱ of my life I will want to have it all again :) ABOUT THE HOUSE: I live in a small town in a cold region, so property here is more affordable than in other areas of my country (this is why I was able to buy the house for the money I was saving for a long-long time without taking a mortgage!) The house is located in a lovely, peaceful, pretty central and very beautiful area of my town! I couldn't even dream of getting a property in such a lovely spot! But now i really have it!!!! sounds too perfect so far? haha The house is very small and in a terrible condition. It was built really long ago, not by professionals and not with the best materials, so the best decision is to break it down and build a very perfect new one!!! But I still prefer to say that i bought a house, not a land ✱✱✱✱✱, because again: it's central, in a lovely neighborhood with all the communications like gas, electricity, water etc, oh and it has an address :D so it's a house, not just a land :) so my plans is to slowly tear it down during the summer 2024 :D then summer 2025 i'll build basement and foundation and in 2026 i will finish building walls, roof, paint it, get all the furniture etc and probably move in in 2027 :) I've never made such a long-term plan ever!!!! But I like to know that I'm not in a hurry, and I have as much time as I need for this HUGE project. My goal is not to make everything as fast as it's possible, but to make everything AS GOOD AS ITS POSSIBLE!!! I like to ✱✱✱✱ on property related projects because 1. its fun :D 2. It's a good investment in my future happiness and wellbeing :) since its such a long time goal there will be not many updates, but there will be some, I promise :) I count on your support a lot. Without you, without MFC I wouldn't be able to achieve any of my goals, I'm so grateful for everything Please, wish me best luck with all that!!!! I'm terribly scared of doing all that building, all the paperwork, and everything is crazy expensive!!! But I know that you believe in me, and it helps me to go through all the difficulties!
