As most of you know, my baby Lucy hasn't been herself lately... She's been hiding a lot more, is less social, and seems less interested in playing/food.

She's had a few tests so far, but getting her to the vet is very traumatic for her. I was able to get her looked at, and I booked her in for dental surgery. They said this could be the cause of hiding due to pain and discomfort. She only has 6 teef left, and 4 of them seem to be infected, despite me attempting to brush them... poor girl 😢

While I have that booked, they will still be doing more tests, possibly X-rays and ultrasounds, to rule out anything else that might be sinister. Her surgery is on the 19,th and I will be giving her meds to help with the pain until then. Dental extraction surgery is very pricey, along with all the tests to be done beforehand to make sure she is okay for anesthesia.
