hiya I have some unfortunate news for me you guys, My lardlord passsed away and this week I was supposed to sign a new lease for the same house for a few month until I could figure out finaces because california moving costs are insane and now beacuse my landlord passsed away, their brother is selling my home becasue he lives in a different state and doesnt want to deal with it. They gave me 30 days to move out and find a new place which is extremely unfortunate because I just havent been doing well finacially on OF for the last year. Im going to be posting some deals on this thread to help my moving fund, anything at all helps me so much you guys
