Thank you to all you ladies and gentlemen who are contributing to my goals. I cannot believe how welcome you make me feel here and how many emails and Share Chat messages I receive exuding positivity and encouragement. I know I am new here still, but you girls and guys are allowing me to explore myself and be myself which is so incredible. Everything I am doing I am totally comfortable with and I am not being forced into anything or demanded to do so. So for that, also, thank you so much! During my Thursday day off, yoga, stretching, meditation, and research time, I was chatting with a friend, Triple B we will call her, and discussing skin care. She informed me that she attributes her amazing and glowing skin to a juicing machine that she uses almost daily. And she eats avocados πŸ₯‘on a daily basis as well. So I started doing research on the benefits, I had no idea juicing is so good for you. As you know by now, I have my daily skin care routines but I thought I would give juicing a try as well and see how it goes, except I do not have a juicer!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚All tips towards this goal will help me become more confident in my skin, which can be tricky at times.
