I’ve been living in a small room inside a barn for 3 years now. The room I’m in is the only space I have plus a storage unit that costs me 15% of my monthly income. I walk about 4 minutes to my landlords house to shower, cook, use the bathroom, and do laundry. Being in one room 24/7 really brings out my depression and having even a one bedroom apartment would be a gift of a lifetime that I’d never forget.
