So I have an overjet that I inherited from my family (yay bad genes) which basically gets worse the longer I leave it ultimately causing the bottom of my jaw to sink into my neck. I’m currently on Invisalign to straighten my teeth and then as soon as they’re straight I’ll be going through with maxillofacial surgery.
