My current lease is up a couple weeks after I’m finished my Nursing degree (Mid August 2025). I have stayed in my current place a year too long, in my opinion and I honestly don’t like it here (because I need my privacy - I currently have basement neighbours and they’re louder than me haha). Amount will cover 1st and last, dinner the night of the move, beer for my helpers plus moving expenses (I have a lot of heavy stuff - garage full of car parts and tools I inherited) and 3 cats.
