My brother found this poor abandoned puppy who is clearly malnourished and covered in mange... She went to the vet this morning for proper treatment, antibiotics, medication and anything else she might need for rehabilitation... LETS COMPLETE THE GOAL ?!!!? It breaks my heart knowing there are terrible people out there that mistreat innocent animals..
