Every time we complete this goal, I create a “time capsule” filled with memories from this ✱✱✱✱✱✱ in my life. It could include ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ notes, never-posted ✱✱✱✱✱✱, short ✱✱✱✱✱✱, voice messages, little stories, funny ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ and things that would normally stay ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱. The capsule stays sealed and will be opened on a special future stream (for example in 6 or 12 months), so we can look ✱✱✱✱ together and see how much has changed.
