As a consequence of my lack of ✱✱✱✱ awareness a few years ago and overexerting myself doing university ✱✱✱✱ and ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ in general without rest for hours (I am a bit obsessive when I really like what I do) I suffered from chronic injuries such as tendonitis, epicondylitis and ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ more... for more than 4 years! :( After a long way looking for a specialist in physical recovery, finally I found her! and now I have to do many kinds of therapy, including of course my patience and effort.
