hey everyone,
so of course i have something to write about today. first of all, i cant stand this kinda person, the one in the story i'm about to share with you all.
so here it is ;
so, someone that i've talked to maybe twice sent me a pm just a little while ago & it was asking me if i was up for a private show? my reply? of course. followed by me asking what kinda things they would like to see & just basically trying to get a feel for how i could make their show even better.
i asked the person when they would be ready for the show & they said they needed about a half hour til their partner fell asleep. completely reasonable. half hour passed & i asked them again when they were gonna be ready & if they wanted a small item off my whiteboard in the meantime while we waited. at this point i kinda had a feeling something was up but still i kept the faith. half hour officially had passed & all of a sudden this person is offline. so, this person chatted with me about a show they didn't even want, while i maintained my good vibe & friendly/welcoming attitude.
lesson & moral of today's story? well, personally i think my time is valuable & i feel taken advantage of. i don't wanna chat with & do business with people like this guy that i just wrote about.
do yourself a favor now. if you're like this guy, unfollow me & take me off your friends list. i don't wanna waste my time with anyone else who's intention is to shmooze me. i'm not the one.
the world can be cruel sometimes.
