If you are purchasing my sourdough starter with instructions to make loaves at home you will need:Â
- kitchen measuring scale (grams)
- bread flour
- large tupperware container
- salt
- filtered water
- dutch oven
- cooling rack for best results (not completely necessary)
I will overnight a jar of my starter to you and we will arrange for 3 separate 10 minute calls for instructions (NON-✱✱✱✱). I will teach you, how to feed your starter and keep it alive (FOREVER), how to ✱✱✱ it into a recipe, and how to bake it.
