"Make choice" is how you tip to make a choice in the game. You can also tip to overrule a choice by someone else. "Add your own spin" means you can add to the selection you choose (for example, if you select for Willow to take off her ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱, you can say you also want to see her touch herself). You can also tip to reset the game at any point, however, the game does reset at the ✱✱✱ regardless.
