"Make choice" is how you tip to make a choice in the game. You can also tip to overrule a choice by someone else. "Add your own spin" means you can add to the selection you choose (for example, if you select for Willow to take off her panties, you can say you also want to see her touch herself). You can also tip to reset the game at any point, however, the game does reset at the end regardless.
