I do take Skype ✱✱✱✱✱ Calls When it says it is active in my topic while online. You can also tip for these while offline for a later date/time. If I am online while you are wanting to book a Skype right away, the current status of the room will determine the Pre Tip. If the room is quite busy, there will be a Pre Tip of 900 Tokens. If the room isn't as busy, there will be a Pre Tip of 300 Tokens.  I will determine what Pre Tip should apply. You can also schedule these for when I am offline, where no Pre Tip would be required.
