Dare to be with me and have a great time together?  Let's see how much of a fun person you can be! 😎😎😎                                                         Terms and conditions apply!NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS OF SERVICEArticle I: Preamble and RecitalsWHEREAS, the Provider, a duly organized and lawfully existing entity under the applicable jurisdictional statutes, engaged in the provision of services described herein, does hereby establish the following Terms of Service, which shall govern all transactions, interactions, and obligations undertaken by any and all parties in relation thereto;WHEREAS, the Recipient, upon the execution of any payment, acknowledgment, or continued engagement with the Provider, does hereby ✱✱✱✱✱✱ to all provisions contained within this document in their entirety, without exception, modification, or deviation;WHEREAS, the Provider has undertaken exhaustive and comprehensive considerations regarding the ✱✱✱✱✱✱, medium, and manner by which services shall be rendered and has determined, at its sole and unreviewable discretion, that such services shall be exclusively administered in a manner consistent with the subsequent provisions;NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:Article II: Scope of EngagementThe Provider shall, in accordance with its operational policies and procedures, furnish such services as are deemed appropriate and consistent with its professional capacity. Such services, as defined within the framework of this document, shall be conducted solely through such means, channels, and platforms as are deemed suitable by the Provider, taking into full account logistical, technological, and administrative feasibility.Under no circumstance shall the Recipient presume, expect, or anticipate the provision of any services, accommodations, arrangements, or opportunities outside the strict purview and parameters set forth herein, including but not limited to engagements requiring physical co-location, direct in-person interactions, or any form of in-person ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱, congregation, or convergence.Article III: Payment and ConsiderationAll remittances, fees, and financial obligations tendered by the Recipient shall be directed towards the fulfillment of the services as expressly delineated herein. It is expressly understood that such payments shall, at no time, confer upon the Recipient any additional entitlements, privileges, or expectations beyond the precise services expressly delineated within this document. The Provider shall not, by virtue of any payment received, be construed to have agreed to, authorized, or implied the availability of services outside the formal scope of engagement as set forth herein.Any and all representations, whether direct, indirect, inferred, or implied, purporting to suggest the availability of in-person interactions as a consequence of any financial transaction shall be deemed null, void, and without merit. The Recipient expressly acknowledges that payments rendered shall be strictly limited to the provision of services in the manner unilaterally determined by the Provider.Article IV: Exclusivity of Service ModalityThe ✱✱✱✱✱✱, mode, and format by which services shall be administered shall be determined exclusively by the Provider, and at no time shall such determination be subject to review, negotiation, appeal, or modification by the Recipient. The Provider shall, at all times, maintain absolute and unqualified discretion in defining the parameters of service execution, which shall be strictly confined to electronic, digital, or remote communication ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱.For the avoidance of doubt, the Provider shall not, under any circumstances or in any manner whatsoever, be obligated to engage in, participate in, or facilitate any form of in-person engagement, meeting, or physical interaction with the Recipient, irrespective of the nature, value, or frequency of any payment remitted. Any expectation or ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ to the contrary shall be deemed unfounded, unsupported, and unenforceable.Article V: Non-Reliance and WaiverThe Recipient acknowledges, represents, and warrants that no reliance has been placed upon any ✱✱✱✱, written, express, implied, or inferred representation regarding the availability of in-person services, and that no provision herein shall be interpreted or construed to create any such expectation. The Recipient hereby expressly waives any and all claims, demands, ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱, or causes of action predicated upon an alleged right, entitlement, or expectation of in-person services.Furthermore, no past, present, or future correspondence, advertisement, statement, or representation, whether formal or informal, shall be construed as modifying, amending, or superseding the express prohibitions set forth herein. The Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, refuse, or terminate any engagement where an insistence upon in-person interaction is suggested, implied, or demanded by the Recipient.Article VI: Severability and FinalityShould any provision of this document be deemed unenforceable, unlawful, or inapplicable under relevant governing law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted. This document constitutes the full, complete, and exclusive agreement governing the subject matter herein, and no ✱✱✱✱ or written statements outside of this agreement shall bear any force or effect.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Recipient, by virtue of continued engagement, payment, or acknowledgment, affirms their unequivocal and irrevocable ✱✱✱✱✱✱ to these Terms of Service, and the Provider shall remain bound solely by the limitations set forth herein and no other.
