I am fully supportive of anyone doing what is best for them, and I have found that weed is no longer serving me. Therefore, this menu is now to celebrate me honoring my body and kicking a dependency that was causing me imbalance.
I am soooooo proud of myself. I have smoked since I was 15 and now at 31, after a week spent in Morocco on a yoga retreat, I now have a clear mind, cleaner lungs, smoother breath, an appetite without it and I can actually sleep. My body is buzzing with joy and clarity.Â
