I am fully supportive of anyone doing what is best for them, and I have found that ✱✱✱✱ is no longer serving me unless I am in my luteal and menstrual phases of my feminine cycle.Therefore, this menu is now to celebrate me honoring my ✱✱✱✱ and ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ a habit that was causing me imbalance.I still will enjoy edibles here and there and maybe smoke socially at events but over all I am happy to be adjusting my intake to a more intentional use of this sacred plant medicine. I am soooooo proud of myself. I have smoked since I was 15 and now at 31, after a week spent in Morocco on a yoga retreat, I have a clearer mind, cleaner lungs, smoother breath, an appetite without it and I can actually sleep. My ✱✱✱✱ is buzzing with joy and clarity. Part of me still wants to quit entirely but this is where I am at and I'm proud of the journeyThank you for your support 🎉🥰🥹🙌
