Per workout-

Choose up to 3 workouts-
You get an album on MFCShare with your name on it
pics from each excersize
A clip from the gym for proof of completeed workout
OR
You can Plan my full workout-  
Choose 4-7 workouts-
You get an album on MFCShare with your name on it
pics from each excersize
A clip of the excersizes in a video
A seperate XXX locker room video

Each workout is 1 set. a set for me depends on the workout but consists of 3 sets of 10 or 5 sets of 10.
