If multiple members tip 999 then they will go in the order in which the tips showed in the public chat. I will give all members in the room a chance to control my Lush; therefore, if some member tips 999 tokens multiple times before the initial tip from another member then I will take the new member next, and after that I will return to the multiple tipper.
