Hello! So, this one isn't super fun! But I have a disorder called fibromyalgia. There is very little known about this disorder, so there is no cure for it. It causes severe musculoskeletal pain and is accompanied by so many different symptoms that include extreme fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, migraines, insomnia, temperature control, numbness/stiffness in every body part, memory loss/confusion, tendinitis, and more. One of the few things that help ease my symptoms is getting a professional massage every 2-3 weeks from a pain specialist. This obviously takes a financial toll on me, which is why I'm reaching out to you lovelies for any kind of support.
