Semi-custom is any content you want me to create that would likely appeal to a good sized audience. There is nothing specific in it identifying you, and nothing that is considered taboo or on the fringe of sex entertainment. WHAT IS CUSTOM, RESALABLE? Custom, resalable is any content that includes identifying information about you, or that will only appeal to a small audience (i.e. you want me to say your name, you want me to do something considered unusual or fringe). It also means that after I have sent it to you, I will likely make it available for sale to others at some point.
