I want to get back at doing pole on a regular basis, but I lost all my tricks. I want to start doing a session again So that means I would attend class 3x / week In addition, the lovely person who is offering it to me will get 2 videos 1 at the begging of my course & 1 at the end of the session - I aim to start in January 2023 - this tip will be available a few times in the year (3-4x times, so if you miss but still want to contribute you will be able later!! )
