Hello lovelies! I hope you are all doing swell! This group is for those who would like to help me feel more at ease with my life. I suffer from extreme anxiety/panic disorder that makes it super difficult to be in social situations, go outside and to be around loud areas or rooms with certain lighting Im a hard working girl not only on this site, but with my full time job as well and sometimes I just need a day off if I could afford it. My idea of a mental health day is taking a spa trip, relaxing at home and ordering takeout, online shopping and just overall pampering myself and any amount that can help me achieve my goal of just remembering to breathe and relax is a HUGE help~ I love all my supporters, small or big, and if you read this far it means you’re my #1!
