As you probably know, I am currently buying the house I am living in! Its a very exciting thing, but also super expensive and stressful. Before COVID, I got a CASH price on my house, which reduced the overall price. Unfortunately, when COVID hit, I was unable to keep that promise of paying it in one huge payment because I couldnt go to Canada and my bank would not allow such a big transfer without my presence. I was able to work an "in between" price for the house in exchange of a promise to pay 20,000US A MONTH, which is absolutely bonkers. Anyways, lets say this is by far my main focus in life right now and your help with this means the world. This house is pretty much my only investment and the one thing I count on for my future.
