This Lotto Pool Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among the undersigned individuals (“Participants”). The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Participants will contribute funds to jointly purchase lottery tickets and share any resulting winnings. Each Participant agrees to contribute an equal amount of money to the pool for the purchase of lottery tickets for POWERBALL The agreed contribution is 100 tokens per week, which must be paid to the designated Pool Manager, MSCHEEKS for that week’s drawing. Any Participant who fails to contribute their share by the deadline will not be entitled to a share of the winnings for that particular drawing. The Pool Manager agrees to use the collected funds solely for the purchase of lottery tickets on behalf of the Participants. The Pool Manager shall provide copies or ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ of all purchased tickets to all Participants prior to the drawing to ensure transparency and accountability. All purchased tickets shall remain in the possession of the Pool Manager until the drawing occurs. In the event that any of the pool’s tickets result in a prize, all winnings shall be divided equally among the Participants who contributed funds for that drawing. No Participant who failed to contribute for that drawing shall have any right to claim any portion of the winnings. The Participants agree that winnings will be distributed as soon as reasonably possible after they are collected, and any applicable taxes shall be deducted from the total prize before distribution. Participants further agree that this Agreement applies only to the lottery tickets purchased for the specified drawings as agreed each week, and that the pool continues on a weekly basis until such time as the Participants agree in writing to terminate the arrangement. Any changes to this Agreement, including changes to contribution amounts, deadlines, or the designated Pool Manager, must be made in writing and signed by all Participants. The Participants acknowledge that lottery play involves risk, and no guarantees are made regarding winnings. This Agreement represents the entire understanding among the Participants with respect to the lottery pool, and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements. The Participants agree to resolve any disputes arising out of this Agreement in good faith and, if necessary, through mediation. By tipping below, each Participant affirms that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Unless you argue with me than you get 5% taken away.
