**tip amounts are private** lets get me get into my first starter home :) . i already have 2/3rd of the minimum payment in my savings. this will help go towards the mortgage down payment , cover funds for moving and start basic renos. I'm going to try to outsource as many materials as I can but there are some things I should just do right the first time . things the money you contribute will go towards <3 gutting the insides and putting up new walls and ceilings new kitchen cabinets / countertops / down payment on brand new kitchen appliance set new windows new vinyl flooring kitchen island/ back splash and floor tile renovating main bathroom tiles (one of my last big reno goals) adding a walk in closet and EnSuit in my new master bed room (streaming paradise) with stand up rainfall shower and jet soaker tub ect will update & add incentives and goal prizes soon .
