Been going through a lot of changes this summer, all positive and I'm extremely grateful for everything, but my brain freaked out so much for being taken out of its comfort zone and put me through so much stress and anxiety that I thought I'd lose my mind. This month I'm trying to find some balance and regain my sanity.
