Had a wonderful time away. but came back with some extra fluff, now I really am FluffinRayRay😅 Jokes aside tho, I feel like I need to do something about this and I'm thinking of starting to go to the gym, but I'm afraid my anxiety and overthinking will stop me from doing that, so this goal will be the push I need to move my butt.
