This happens to me quite often. I completely isolate myself from the environment, bad thoughts. And I begin to try to enjoy the moment that is happening now, it does not matter whether you are at home, what you are wearing, what your health, financial situation is. Just stop time and give thanks, enjoy the moment. And of course you need to understand that everything that is happening to you now is the best way for you!
