I walk in wearing ballet flats and sit down on the chair. I let my heels slip out of my shoes. You get a nice view under my chair as I tap my feet, cross my ankles, pop my heel in and out of my shoe, drop one shoe at a time revealing my bare feet, naturally wiggle my toes, play with the foot rest, and later on slip both shoes back on one at a time.
