I start out by spreading lotion on my ass - it's big, so it needs lots of rubbing to cover the entire thing! If you stay alert, you might see a glimpse of my "hair down there"... I ease into the clip by slowly clenching and relaxing my ass muscles, testing how holding the position feels and how fast I can flex and relax. I add my hips into the mix, getting used to the rhythm of pushing my hips back, sticking out my butt, then swinging them forward as I clench my ass cheeks. After a bit of that I practice thrusting forward (as much as possible) and holding the clenched pose. I take a small break after a while to rub my ass cheeks in preparation for my final test: seeing how long I can squeeze my ass cheeks together! In the end my longest hold was over 1 minute and 30 seconds long, and when I finally relax my butt muscles, my whole butt was pink except for a white stripe where my ass cheeks were touching lmao!
