Christmas spice cookies, the healthy version.
Ingredients-
2 noshu vanilla cookie mixes
2 tbs ginger powder
1 tbs cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper (secret ingredient)
100ml MCT oil (any oil/butter works)
2 tbs water
Preheat oven to 120c.
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Roll dough into balls and put on trays.
Bake for 15min for soft cookies, or 20min for crunchy cookies.
Let cookies cool before moving off the tray because they'll be very soft at first.
