You and your wife have been struggling with infertility. You've come to me, a fertility nurse in a medical clinic, to try and figure out the problem. But all of your tests came ✱✱✱✱ normal! So, logically, it must be an issue with HOW you're having ✱✱✱. The only way I can help you now is through observation. I encourage you to take out your ✱✱✱✱✱, make it erect, and ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ for me. Since it's a bit awkward, I offer to ✱✱✱✱✱ out of my clothes and tease you. It ✱✱✱✱✱. But I still don't see any issues. Your ✱✱✱✱✱ is a good length and girth, you get fully ✱✱✱✱, and your ✱✱✱ is thick. You really shouldn't have any issue impregnating a woman. It's a bit unorthodox, but I guess there's only one last thing for us to try ... I happen to know for a fact that I am incredibly fertile, and I'm even ovulating right this very ✱✱✱✱✱✱. If you're also fertile, you could easily get me pregnant. So how about this ... you ✱✱✱✱ me, ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱ my ✱✱✱✱✱, and see if I get pregnant. If I do, then we'll at least know for sure that the problem isn't you. And don't worry ... we won't tell your wife. She wouldn't understand that this is really in her best interest. ;)
