Today, I'm going to train you with a new technique to prepare your mind to be fully relaxed and open. Follow along as I teach you EFT Tapping -- an Emotional Freedom Technique similar to acupressure. You will learn to use this tapping in combination with mantras to become more in tune with your body and your mind, and you will let everything go.
