Welcome and thank you for being part of The Brewery! 🍻 I have officially made a start with the brewing process. With some luck we will have a nice triple beer in December🤞 Below this message you can read the detailed instructions of the process, which I had to read like a zillion times but eventually I figured it all out and made a start. I've already taken some photos of the brewing process! November 18 ✔️
· Add sugar water to the beer, by dissolving sugar in boiling water (15ml of water and 6 grams of sugar per liter of beer). · Filling the bottles to 2 centimeters below the rim and close the bottles using the cork machine. · Store the bottles for 3 weeks at 69F / 20℃.
Coming up next: 👇 December 9 · Move the beer into the refrigerator for a minimum of one week.. we are getting closer!
December 16 · Going to try the beer live on cam.. If the beer got infected then there's going to be a foam party! 😬
