my intention with this sequence, was to channel snake energy (which has been a very powerful animal spirit guide in my life recently). I started on the ground, in my root chakra, and climbed all the way up to the infinite light of the crown chakra...and made sure to come all the way back to my root...the ground. it was a transformation, a shedding of my skin, a letting go of old patterns & welcoming in this new chapter! it has been a long time coming for me to do this performance, i faced a lot of my own fears & self doubt, and for me...it was a rebirth. flying into my truth. owning my powers & healing myself. raising up & holding myself safe in a spiral of light. love you. enjoy xO
