I start by inflating a 17-inch clear tuftex. Once it gets big enough, I insert a 12-inch crystal pastel purple balloon inside of it, and inflate and tie it. I push it in all the way then give the 17-inch a couple of more breaths before tying it. I inflate another 17-inch clear tuftex, until it is large enough for a 12-inch balloon also. I insert a 12-inch crystal blue balloon inside of it, inflate it, and tie it. I push it inside of the big balloon, then tie the big one too. Then I admire the balloons and scratch them a little bit,
