This is the second round of a balloon experiment gone wrong. In this clip, I inflate a 24" clear balloon on my balloon pump, then stuff a 16-inch crystal red balloon inside of it. I inflate the red balloon inside of the clear balloon on the pump, then remove it from the pump. This is about the moment where the clear balloon surprises me and pops! Then I blow to pop the 16-inch balloon.
