This was an experiment born out of impulsiveness. I hadn't planned out a script at all, I improvised while recording. Nevertheless, whether you take it seriously or not, I hope it can give you some value, whether entertainment or encouragement.

Sometimes, it's better just to sit and listen.Â
Let everything that you experience, everything you're thinking, wash over and through you.Â
Don't keep it inside. Let it pass through you like a wave of the ocean. Like the breeze.Â
You are simply a moment in time.Â
Nothing is permanent and neither are you.Â
Everything that is now will pass.Â
So, let your thoughts and your feelings, your emotions, your worries, the mundane every day tasks and chores flow through you and out into nothing. Where they will dissolve.Â
Right now, you are just a breath in the wind. A drop in the ocean.Â
You will pass, and you will come again.Â
Everything is fluid. The only thing anchoring you to reality is My voice, and the pictures that it draws in your mind. Nothing else matters right now. Only what you're hearing.Â
Take a deep breath, and hold it, in your chest. Feel your lungs expand, feel a tightness starting to form. But before it can get unbearable or even noticeable, just breathe out.Â
Exhale.Â
It's gone now.Â
And you dont need to worry about it anymore.Â
Breathe in again. Hold it. And let it go.Â
Whatever you were worried about, whatever you were thinking about, it's going to pass.Â
Different times are up ahead. And, there is nothing you can do to stop them from coming.Â
So just enjoy the present, enjoy the time and the gifts you've been given right now.Â
And later, you can look back and be grateful for them, grateful that you had them, grateful that you had the people around you. For it will fade, it will pass you by and thats okay.Â
The world is ever changing, nothing will ever be the same today as it was yesterday, as it will be tomorrow, next week, in ten years.Â
We grow and evolve and adapt and change time and time again.Â
This is how we survive. This is how you will survive.Â
It will all be okay. It will all have a meaning, it will all have an ending. But it is not your responsibility to know what that is.Â
You do not need to hold onto the illusion of control and power. You need to let it go.Â
And you need to accept what has happened, and what is happening.Â
And afterwards, after you've let it all go. And after you've accepted your current situation, you can mould it and you can grow in it, to be a better, stronger person.Â
