It's been such a long day, and my feet hurt. I limp into the room with my white socks on, and sit down on the couch. I start rubbing my arch and complain about how sore my foot always gets when I stand too much. I roll my sock down past my arch and continue to rub my foot. Pointing out where it hurts the most, right in the middle of my arch. I wonder if stretching it will help, so I pull my toes back, only to make the problem worse. Maybe I accidentally pressed to hard with my thumb causing it to hurt even more. I remove my sock and complain about how much more sore my arch is now. Maybe if I scrunch my toes the other way, it will make it feel better. I do that, and then get a bad cramp in the same spot making it hurt even worse! After rubbing the cramp out with my thumb, I decide to see if I can walk it off. I limp around the room, pacing back and forth. Occasionally stopping to rub my sore foot. Then my foot gives out, and I fall to the ground. Cradling my injured foot in my hands and rubbing my sore arch. I complain about how badly it hurts, and mention that I'm going to need to call my doctor again.
