I have a couple 11 inch balloons of two different brands, and I want to see which balloon can stretch the most before it bursts. I inflate both balloons to their max. One crystal blue Happy Birthday balloon and one pink crystal balloon. Blowing them both up until they pop! Both of the necks stretch out nicely, and they both get huge!
